What are the stores where things can be painted in China?
You know those places where you can be young or adult, and painting china things like numbers or a plaque or something, how do you really want to go against one!

I have several Limoges hand-painted plates in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco style signed by different individuals. Do you know the history of such hand-painted plates? Was it a trend in the early 1900’s to purchase blank plates and hand-paint them? Thanks!
